If your flights are through us, then we will deal with such issues as per our terms and conditions. Please note that for all flights purchased by Sardinian Places, you are required to pay in full for these seats at time of booking and costs are therefore non-refundable.
Our changeover day for self-catering properties is Saturday although it is possible to fly on a different day and spend a few days in a hotel before or after your week in your villa.

Book Your Accommodation Now - Don't Wait For Flights!
We realise that many flights departing from the UK to Sardinia for 2009 are not all available to book at the moment. To make booking a holiday easier for you we would like to reassure you that if once you have booked your accommodation with us you cannot get your preferred flights, we will refund your deposit.*
* Valid for bookings made by 31st December 2008. Offer to refund deposit is valid for a week from the date your preferred flights go on sale.

Your special requests
If you book your flights through us, please advise us at the time of booking or as soon as possible afterwards if any of your party have any dietary requirements including gluten free or vegetarian, if any of your party are pregnant, or if you need any assistance inside the airport, to and from the aircraft, or during the flight itself. Seating is arranged by the airline at check-in and requests for specific seats cannot normally be made.
Children and infants
Infants aged under 2 years on the date of return are not allocated a seat by the airline and must be seated on a parents lap whenever the seatbelt signs are illuminated. Children over two are allocated an airline seat. Should parents wish for a seat for infants aged under 2, an extra seat can be purchased. Please call us for full information.
