As our arrivals are on Sundays, all of our self-catering properties are provided with a welcome hamper which is extremely well received by our guests.

Our standard welcome hamper has received much praise and very positive feedback on our guest questionaires over the last few years. The hamper includes basic provisions such as tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk, water, fruit juice, jam, krisp breads, paté or tapenade, local biscuits, crisps, toilet rolls and a bottle of wine. For guests who would like to make a basic meal we offer a superior welcome hamper including ham, cheese, eggs, pasta and pasta sauce, salad vegetables, fruit and beer. This can be upgraded at a cost of £30 for 2 and £40 for 4 guests.

Voyages Ilena Maps & Guides

To complement your pre-departure travel pack that includes a guide, directions and map, in each of our properties and hotels we provide an information folder, helping you with comprehensive information on things to see and do in the locality as well as restaurants recommended by both previous guests and ourselves.

We have Representatives in Corsica to offer help and assistance to our guests. Our Representatives will be at the airport to meet our charter flights and guide our guests to the car hire offices and transfers. Our Representatives will be in contact with you within the first few days of your stay and they will can be contacted by telephone throughout the week should the need arise.

Our Corsican Resort Team

Unlike other operators, our team are not brought in just for a summer season, they have either chosen to make the island their home or they return year after year to the place that they love. They are always on hand to help and advise as much as they can, and with their fantastic local knowledge they give an insight into local life to help our customers get the most out of their holiday. All our representatives, be they English, French or Corsican, are bi-lingual.

After being met at the airport off your charter flights, our team will guide you to the car hire offices and other transports and will make contact with you at least once during your stay to make sure all is well, but you can always call them if there's anything specific you need to know. Of course, if you would prefer to be left in peace, just let them know and they won't disturb you. Our representatives are there for you as little or as much as you require.

Corsica is our passion and we thrive on our intimate knowledge of the island and its people. All members of staff have visited the island either on their own family holidays or spending time visiting our individual properties so they can best advise. Self-Catering check-in times

Most of our Corsican flights from the UK arrive early on Sunday mornings. We hope you understand that access to our self-catering properties cannot be given until mid-afternoon due to the servicing of our properties.

Hotel Room Check-in times

The standard international practice is to let hotel rooms from midday to midday, however times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure.

Special Requirements

Should you have particular requirements for your holiday, please ask our advice at the time of booking. We know our properties intimately and can make suggestions to meet the needs of small children and the elderly or disabled.
